We're the Dermody family: Dave, Mary, Lauren, and Jessica.
We live in a small Illinois town.

	I'm a lifelong armchair astronomer with an interest in sundials. This type is unique for every location on Earth.
	A while ago, I wrote some software to make "magic eye" graphics. I believe I'm the only person who hasn't made money from this. Here are two examples.

Here's a picture of Mill Street, about 1910. The occasion may be the placing of an electric pole in the middle of Main and Mill for streetcar service.
