ExpressNet DSL from HTC offers subscribers the ability to surf the Internet at some of the highest speeds offered to residential and business users anywhere in the country.  We strive to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction and technology to meet the demands of Internet access.  Currently, HTC offers speeds from 1.5 Mbps to 15 Mbps to qualifying customers. 

If you require technical support, we offer friendly, local technical support from 8:00 AM until 11:00 PM Monday through Friday and from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM on Saturdays.  Plus additional after-hours call support beyond these timeframes.  HTC has always been proud to have the best people on their team to give our customers the best support out there.


What does ExpressNet DSL service cost and how fast is it?
HTC offers different packages to accomodate the various needs of our customers. We also have special packages suited for businesses of all sizes.

LIMITED TIME OFFER - Free Computer Configuration
For a limited time, new customers opting to have a technician perform a DSL installation will also have one of our Internet Field Technicians come out to their home for a FREE computer configuration. The Field Technician will ensure that one computer is hooked directly to the DSL modem, that the modem is correctly configured for install, and that your computer can send and receive email. DSL MODEM WARRANTIES
Harrisonville Telephone Company insures that the equipment installed will work to its fullest potential and guaranteee that it is free of defects for a period of time up to 12 months. HTC offers an extended warranty program to replace defective equipment that has been in service longer than 12 months for $2.95 monthly. In addition, HTC offers to service and support small networks not exceeding 5 connections for $5.95 monthly. Please call (618) 939-1600 for details on these services.


DSL PACKAGE UPGRADE PROMOTIONS AVAILABLE
Harrisonville Telephone Company will implement an upgrade program for existing customers electing to migrate from a lower tier package. Customers electing to upgrade from any lower tier package will qualify for a discounted higher tier package price for the 12-month commitment period.  Upgrade customers requiring a new DSL modem will be responsible for the $.99 modem fee, plus any applicable installation fees.  Existing upgrade customer must have completed their initial one-year promo term on current service package to be eligible for the promo upgrade. There is no charge to upgrade from ExpressNet Intro to the ExpressNet Basic, ExpressNet Plus, ExpressNet Ultra, or ExpressNet Extreme.
