ExpressNet DSL from HTC offers subscribers the ability to surf the Internet at some of the highest speeds offered to residential and business users anywhere in the country. We strive to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction and technology to meet the demands of Internet access. Currently, HTC offers speeds from 1.5 Mbps to 10 Mbps to qualifying customers.
If you require technical support, we offer friendly, local technical support from 8:00 AM until 11:00 PM Monday through Friday and from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM on Saturdays. Plus additional after-hours call support beyond these timeframes. HTC has always been proud to have the best people on their team to give our customers the best support out there.

DSL PACKAGE UPGRADE PROMOTIONS AVAILABLE
Harrisonville Telephone Company will implement an upgrade program for existing customers electing to migrate from a lower tier package. Customers electing to upgrade from any lower tier package will qualify for a discounted higher tier package price for the 12-month commitment period. Upgrade customers requiring a new DSL modem will be responsible for the $.99 modem fee, plus any applicable installation fees. Existing upgrade customer must have completed their initial one-year promo term on current service package to be eligible for the promo upgrade. There is no charge to upgrade from ExpressNet Intro to the ExpressNet Basic, ExpressNet Plus, or ExpressNet Ultra.
