If you have ever logged in and customized your HTC Personalized Homepage your account has been moved to the new portal.

PLEASE NOTE, all passwords had to be reset during the upgrade to the new portal. Your password for an existing portal account will match, exactly, the username, if the username is at least 6 characters long.

EXAMPLE:
Username: htcuse, Password would be: htcuse

Any usernames less then 6 characters will have numbers (1, 2, 3) added to the end of both the username and the password to make each 6 characters long.

EXAMPLES:
Original Username: htc -- New Username htc123, Password htc123
Original Username: test -- New Username test12, Password test12

To Login to the portal, simply go to http://portal.htc.net, click on Login in the top right corner and enter your existing username and temporary password. Once you have re-accessed your account with the temporary password, you may then go to the your account settings link (your name) at the top right hand corner of your Personalized Homepage to change your password.

If you have not yet logged into your HTC Personalized Homepage, we hope that you will take this opportunity to try out this new and improved service - and customize your own Personalized Homepage! To access your Homepage, go to http://portal.htc.net, and register by clicking on the "Register" link to create a username and password. Once you've registered, you will be able to customize your page to display your choice of a full range of features and content, as well as Local News and Information from your community that you can't find anywhere else on the Internet.
