Who

The man standing up is the facilitator.
The six people sitting down are observers. They come from various departments of the company that owns the web site.
What

The facilitator and the observers are in a room with two monitors.
The monitor at the left will show the customer and the computer screen.
The monitor at the right is a direct feed from the computer monitor.
When
 The usability test is about to start. The customer who will test the web site has arrived.
