Who	The facilitator and the observation team
What	Each individual observer has just taken notes during the test. The team discusses what problems the customer encountered in using the web site. The facilitator records the group's notes. These notes will be used later to analyze the difficulties of all customers in the study.
When	The customer has left, and the next test has not yet started.
