I'm Charlie Kutterer born and raised in Monroe County. I went to Columbia High School and moved to Waterloo after I got married. My family has been in this area since the 1850's and have been active in community activities and served our country since then. I am an environmental safety health and security manager for a factory in St Charles county. I also serve on the St Charles LEPC. My resume is attached, why? I need a job closer to home.
