Who is ready for Fair Week? The 2026 Monroe County Fair will run Sunday, July 19 through Sunday, July 26, and we can’t wait!
We hope to see you out at the fairgrounds throughout the week, and especially on HTC Customer Appreciation Night.
Annual HTC Customer Appreciation Night on July 23
The 2026 HTC Customer Appreciation Night at the Monroe County Fair is sure to be filled with summer fun. Plan to join us on Thursday, July 23 – admission is free for the entire day!
Upon entering the fairgrounds, every member of your group will receive a $1 coupon for participating food and beverage stands. These stands are hosted by local organizations such as the FFA, Waterloo Sports Association, 4-H, and more. Each vendor will then turn in the coupons to HTC to receive a check for their organization. It’s an easy and delicious way to give back!
And, at 8:30 p.m., Whiskey Morning Band, a country cover band with a rocking edge, will take the stage for a live performance presented by HTC.

As you can see, there’s a lot going on at the Monroe County Fair. Here’s a look at the full schedule of events for Thursday, July 23:
- 8:30 a.m. – Open, Junior, & 4-H Beef Judging
- 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. – Busch Light Brigade
- 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. – Clydesdale Meet-and-Greet
- 6 p.m. – 4H & FFA Market Animal Auction
- 6 p.m. – 11 p.m. – Carnival Armband Night ($30.00)
- 6 p.m. – Senior Class Speed Horse Show
- 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. – Balloon Artists
- 8:30 p.m. – Live music by Whiskey Morning Band
