Make sure you're listed in the 2018 Directory

Whether you own a business in the HTC service area or simply want to list your personal number, now is the time to add your information to the 2018 HTC Phone Directory to be distributed in January.

Own a Business? Make Sure You Get Noticed!

From now until October 18, Vivial sales representatives, in exclusive partnership with HTC, will be selling ads to local businesses for placement in HTC’s all new phone directory. While current HTC business phone and IP Voice customers will be automatically listed for free, placing an informational ad can increase awareness of your business and put you a step ahead of your competition. And even if you are not an HTC customer, advertising in our directory will allow area residents to discover everything you have to offer, and most importantly, show them how to contact you.

“We want to give every business in Monroe, Randolph and St. Clair counties an opportunity to amplify their sales while allowing local residents to find services they need,” said H.R. Gentsch, president and CEO of HTC. “We are a hometown company, and we are proud to support hometown businesses in our area.”

If You’re Not In The Directory, Your Friends and Family May Not Know How to Find You!

As an HTC residential phone service customer, your landline number is always listed in the HTC phone directory. But if you also have a cell phone or ONLY have a cell phone, you may be hard to find in an emergency or when old friends and classmates try to contact you.

“People today are away from home more often, making them harder to reach,” said Gentsch. “Having a landline and listing will make it possible for friends and family members to stay connected no matter what type of phone service you have and no matter how far away they are.”
