Pay Button

If you prefer to track and pay your bills electronically, you’re in luck! HTC offers free e-billing, in which you can receive your HTC Internet, TV and phone bills via email and pay them online. Here are a few frequently asked questions we’ve received about e-billing.

How do I sign up for e-billing?

On your phone, computer, or tablet, access the e-billing login page on our website. You’ll need to have your current paper bill available since it will ask for your account number. Simply enter your email address and a password you won’t forget, then continue to follow instructions to complete enrollment. Once your account is complete, you will receive an e-mail notification when a new bill is available for viewing and payment. Even if you have multiple residential or commercial lines on your account, you can view and pay for all of them.

What payments are accepted?

Credit Cards: You can set up your payment to go automatically to your MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Debit Card: Payment can also be set up with your banking debit card.

Checking: If you prefer to have your recurring payment tied to your checking account, we can do that too. Call one of our friendly local customer service representatives at 939-6112 and we can walk you through that set up process.

Is HTC e-billing really free?

There is currently no fee from HTC to receive and pay your bill electronically, but your bank may charge for this service. If your payment is rejected/returned for any reason, HTC will charge a fee.
