The Burnt End
When Terry Reinhardt asked his friend Donna to help him with a BBQ competition in 2013, he never imagined they’d end up owning a popular restaurant years later. But Terry had been barbecuing professionally for years and Donna always loved cooking in her mom’s kitchen, so teaming up over the smoker was a natural recipe for success. They not only learned they could make delicious meals together, they also discovered they were so perfect for each other that they got married. After seven years of winning barbecue competitions around the metro area, they opened The Burnt End in Red Bud where friends and family enjoy their mouth-watering double smoked brisket ends, ribs, wings, smoked chicken, sandwiches and salads.
The Reinhardts are always busy preparing food for customers, whether dining in or carrying out, while also taking orders for weddings, work events, holiday parties and more.
